Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic included in the same 15 month program
To become a Paramedic you must first become certified as an Emergency Medical Technician. The following information will outline the process and schedule of how to become a Paramedic with this program.
Our program for non-EMT certified individuals begins with a 7 Week Hybrid EMT program. The class schedule for EMT is listed below. Students must be successful in passing the EMT class before being able to proceed to the Paramedic program. Students must obtain their actual EMT certification within 30 days of passing the EMT class portion of this program.
Students must make the down payment for the Paramedic program to hold a seat. At that time, they will be sent the Paramedic program application. The application must be received no later than 2 weeks before the start of the EMT portion of the program.
The total cost for this program is $11,500. The breakdown is as follows:
$1500 Downpayment required to begin the EMT training part of the program, which includes the $200 application fee, background check, and Paramedic entrance exam$10,000 tuition for Paramedic program. Emergency Medical Technician I November 6, 2022 to December 18, 2022
Sundays Only 0800 – 1600
Will include online coursework, in class instructions, clinical observation, skill lab instruction
This course must be completed and passed to move to the first Paramedic Semester
PARAMEDICINE I: January 7, 2023 to April 29, 2023
Saturdays: 0800-1700 hours
BLS ride time for direct entry candidates (Recently certified EMT’s with less than 150 hours patient contact experience)
Online coursework, In class lecture, and skill lab instructions
PARAMEDICINE II: May 11, 2023 to August 24, 2023
Thursdays: 1800-2200 hours
Saturdays: 0800-1700 hours
BLS time for direct entry candidates (Recently certified EMT’s with less than 150 hours patient contact experience)

PARAMEDICINE III: September 11, 2023 to December 23, 2023
Mondays and Thursdays 1800-2200 hours
Saturdays 0800-1700 hours (Approximately every other week)
